Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Susie’s Moonlit Pearls. We take great care in selecting, preparing, and packaging each piece of handcrafted jewelry.
Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry (Final Sale)
Because each piece is crafted to your individual specifications—including your chosen pearl, custom drilling, and selected fittings—all custom orders are final sale. Once a pearl has been drilled, set, or modified for your order, the piece cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
Non-Refundable Deposits
Any upfront deposit or payment required to reserve your pearl selection or begin custom drilling is strictly non-refundable once production or drilling has commenced.
Standard / Non-Custom Items
For any non-customized, ready-to-ship jewelry, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or does not match your confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at susiehomestudio@gmail.com with photos of the piece and packaging so we can repair or replace it promptly.
